Bobes residence, Podkost are in a unique easeful location in a village directly under the Kost castle, a well-known tourism attraction, in the very heart of Bohemian Eden.

The nearest restaurant is in the Helikar hotel in the same location; excellent location for hiking and cycling trips (in the middle of wonderful woods), cultural trips (Sobotka approx. 4 km, Detenice castle approx. 14 km, Humprecht around 4 km, Trosky, Valecov, Valdstejn, Hruba Skala, etc. ?). Opportunities for shopping are in Sobotka. It is an ideal place for families with children, as well as for seniors, for romantic clients.

Residence are in a partly rebuilt style villa from the last century thirties. There is a garden with a place for grilling, roasting and sit-down under the trees shadow. Parking is free of charge under lock. It is possible to keep your bikes and sporting equipment here. Pets are not allowed.

In summer the apartments are ideal place for cyclists or for hiking trips (routes directly next to the apartments). Dam lakes, swimming pools with toboggans and aquapark (Jablonec n. N., Liberec). Other bathing opportunities in the bathing place in Sobotka and ponds in Brandez ca 5km, Drhleny approx. 8km. Golf course Nova Amerika (New America) and several courses near Liberec and Jablonec.
