The civic association Tour de Ralso annually organizes a recreational springtime bicycle race for the general public – which is to say, for anyone at all who might wish to participate. The race is held on one day, and is divided into two phases: the noontime phase is a rally-style ride, in which all participants ride in an organized fashion, with certain sections of the track being raced. The afternoon phase is held according to a conventional start-to-finish scenario. Besides the main race, an accompanying race for firms and schools is also held. A segregated race for schools is shortened to meet their needs.
